Scope of our housing
SQStewart Properties provides independent residential housing accommodations for adults capable of managing their own daily living needs. We do not provide medical care, nursing care, medication administration or management, personal-care assistance, behavioral-health treatment, transportation, meal preparation, case management or continuous supervision.
Availability inquiries
Submitting an availability inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, placement, availability or a reservation, and does not create any occupancy agreement.
Residency and occupancy
Residency is offered on a month-to-month basis. Continued occupancy is subject to the applicable occupancy agreement, timely payment, house rules, property requirements and applicable law. Specific housing terms and required agreements are reviewed before move-in. Any termination of residency and recovery of possession of the premises will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and applicable law.
