SQStewart Properties provides independent residential housing accommodations for adults capable of managing their own daily living needs.
SQStewart Properties does not provide medical care, nursing care, medication administration or management, personal-care assistance, behavioral-health treatment, transportation, meal preparation, case management or continuous supervision.
Residents are responsible for managing their own personal, medical, financial and daily-living needs.
Residents who independently arrange services with an outside provider remain responsible for coordinating those services directly with that provider, subject to applicable house rules and property requirements.
